“Bill”
If you met Bill, you’d never forget him. He was everyone’s friend, the kind of man who would stop and talk to anyone. For 45 years, Bill ran his own contracting business, taking care of people’s homes and lives. His pride and joy sat in the garage, a Little Red Express Truck and a ’66 Mustang, two cars he loved showing off at local car shows. On Sundays, he became Coach Toth for the Eagles and never missed a chance to cheer on the Phillies. While cruising on High Street in Burlington he’d meet a pretty lady named Penny. She was walking by when Bill pulled over in his car to say hello, and the rest was history. They’d share 51 loving years together, building a life full of laughter, love, and countless memories. Bill proudly built a summer home in Long Beach Island for his family to enjoy. He found his real calling later in life as a Poppy and his grandkids were his greatest joys. Bill would never miss an event for them and took every opportunity to teach them a fishing trick. Summers in LBI were spent with Bill out on his boat with his grandkids or knee-deep in the mud with them catching crabs along the bank.
Bill is survived by his wife Penny, his children Billy (Jen) Toth and Keri (Nate) Toth-Nesbitt, his grandkids Paige Toth, Will Toth, Dakota Nesbitt, Declan Nesbitt, and Dawson Nesbitt, along with his brother and sisters, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
