Diana Boltz
Diana Boltz
Diana truly was one of a kind. When you needed her, she was there. Diana was a graduate of Holy Cross High School and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Wilmington University in Criminal Justice. Being a natural athlete, Diana excelled in playing football, soccer, dancing, swimming and diving effortlessly through an inner tube. Her home was filled with her art, whether it was a painting she did or a shelf she had hung, a little bit of Diana was everywhere. Her decor: Mickey Mouse, the San Francisco 49ers, Yankees and Union Soccer. Simply put, Diana was an animal lover, her home filled with four cats: Creed, Gus, Grayson, and Charlie, and a fish named Madagascar. Her home, once blessed by dogs Marshall and Marley, cats, Vincent, Dimitri and Kitty Cat. If she wasn’t creating something, she was either zipping around in her favorite car, “Gracie” an Audi convertible; surfing the waves of Brigantine Beach; nose deep in a book about vampires; ghost hunting or traveling with her wife. Diana and Danielle met while working together, and it was love at first smile. They shared 18 and a half years together, a life full of adventure and love. As a wonderful mom, Diana was always there for her son Aiden, their long talks together will always be remembered.
Her family was the center of her life. Caring for them was second nature. Diana adored her mother, she was her best friend. Diana was Daddy’s little girl. You could often find Diana and Danielle with her parents and grandparents traveling together and spending quality time.
Someone who always advocated for others, Diana was passionate about helping those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She touched the lives of many, during her over 17 years of employment with the ARC of Camden County.
Diana is survived by her wife Danielle, their son Aiden, her parents Stanley and Stella Boltz, her brother Michael (Kathy) Boltz, her grandparent-in-laws Larry and Diane Penney, her sister-in-law Robin, her nephews Ian (Monica) and Patrick, her cousins Mike (Angie) Talpos and Michelle (Jim) Bauer, along with many more nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
