Carol Reale

Carol Reale

What can I say about Carol, she was a diva way head of her time. She was a social butterfly, loved dancing, the Phillies, and going to the Casino.

She worked timelessly her whole life as a waitress, Avon lady, Restaurant owner, and a Nanny to many children. Some of which she still kept in touch with especially Crystal Lynn living in Florida.  She loved family gatherings, always accompanied by her famous meatballs and especially enjoyed her daily calls from Donna Reale and the visits by Ravyn and Rayn.

Carol is survived by numerous relatives; her daughter: Rose (David) Retzko; grandson: Ed Smeder, Aunt Susie Smeder, great-grandchildren: Emily Smeder and Morgan Emmitt Murphy, and many nieces and nephews.

Carol was a generous and caring person who was loved by family and friends and will be truly missed by all, especially me her daughter.

Please join us on celebrating a long and great 101 year old friend that touched many people.  Services will be held at Sweeney Funeral Home, 337 Bridgeboro Street, Riverside NJ 08075, on Tuesday January 13, 2025 from 4pm-6pm, where there will be a 6pm service. Interment will be at a later date.
