Cecelia Margaret Stevens

Cecelia Margaret Stevens (Rooner to many) aged 64, died peacefully October 24th, in her Edgewater Park home surrounded by her family, Randall Stevens, L. Keaton Borgstrom, and Nala, following an exhaustive fight against neuroendocrine lung cancer.

Cecelia was a crossword puzzle maven, roller coaster expert, horror movie diehard, outdoor thrill seeker, and public restroom connoisseur, with a lifelong animosity for spiders. Cecelia was best known for her generosity, kindness, strength, humor, creativity, and penchant for finding the most delightful kinds of trouble.

She is also survived by her dear mother, Cecelia Davis, sister, Ann Melton, and her beloved nieces and nephews.

A service will be held at Sweeney Funeral Home 478 Cooper St, Beverly, NJ 08010, on November 9th. Visitation will begin at 10:30 am and services will begin at 11:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your preferred cancer research foundations or patient rights advocate groups.
