Geoffrey Farrel Ochs

Geoffrey Farrel Ochs, 46, of Delran, NJ entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at Virtua Hospital in Mount Holly, NJ.

Geoffrey Ochs was born February 14, 1979 at St Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ. He resided in Roebling, Williamsport, Brown Mills and Delran, NJ. He graduated from Florence Township High School in June of 1997. Geoff attended Everglades University in Sarasota, Florida graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Technology.

He enjoyed a long and diverse career. Geoff worked for Virtua Hospital and Virtua Corporate Services as a Multi-skilled Technician, Products Coordinator and finally as a Contract Manager.  He was employed by MONOC in Neptune Township NJ as an EMT and Emergency Medical Dispatcher.  For the past 10 years, he was employed by the New Jersey State Department of Environmental Services in communications and as a Supervisor at the Environmental Services Center.  Geoff also provided support to the Bureau of Nuclear Engineering during their readiness drills.

Geoff loved flying and completed his training as a Private Pilot.  He enjoyed the outdoors, especially kayaking.  Tinkering with electronics was a favorite past time of Geoff’s.  He enjoyed building with Lego’s, completing some of the more complicated constructions.  Geoff and Lauren loved to travel to Walt Disney World and sailing on Disney Cruises.  Geoff and his son, Quintin, shared a love of motorcycles and spent time together on the road.

Geoff was the loving husband of Lauren Ochs.  He was a devoted and loving Father to Quinton Ochs of Delran, NJ.  He is also survived by his parents Carl and Donna Ochs of Roebling, NJ, his sister Jenna Dallasta and Niece Hailey Golia of Bensalem, PA. He is fondly remembered by other relatives and friends and will be very, very missed.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the calling hours at the Sweeney Funeral Home, 337 Bridgeboro St., Riverside, NJ, 08075 on Friday June 20, 2025 from 6 to 8 PM and Saturday June 21, 2025 from 10am-11am.  Funeral Service will be on Saturday June 21, 2025 at 11 AM, at the Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park, 1300 RT 130 N, Cinnaminson, NJ, 08077.
