Warren George Pestridge Sr.

Warren George Pestridge, Sr. (71) of Lumberton, NJ, passed away on May 25,2025. Warren was born on September 17,1953 in Delran, NJ to the late Jane McGory. He was quite a mischievous child and never failed to tell you all his stories. He always said, “I’m the perfect example of what not to be,” but Warren had so many wonderful qualities to pass on to the younger generations as he did…he was strong, honest, and loved family. Warren married the love of his life, the late Diane Joyce Pestridge, at the age of 20. They built a big, loving family that they were both immensely proud of. He loved all things outdoors and nature: hunting, fishing, cruising in the Pines. Another passion of Warren’s was playing, watching, and coaching sports. He took pride in passing down his skills and knowledge. He also loved playing pool competitively on weeknights, and going to tournaments that he and Diane competed in. Warren was stubborn and hard-headed, but he loved family time and playing with his grandkids like the big kid he was himself!

Warren is predeceased by his wife Diane Pestridge. He is survived by his siblings Howard Pestridge, Catherine Waszkiewicz (Ernie), and Jim McGory (Cindy); his children Nicole Satterfield (Robby), Warren G. Pestridge, Jr. (Charlene), Wendy Gerrity (Keith), and Jason M. Pestridge, Sr. (Caroline). His surviving grandchildren are Olivia (Jake), TJ, Taylor (Anthony), Krysta (August), Shawn, Alex, Alison, Emma, Riley, and Jason M. Jr., as well as his great-grandchildren, Autumn, Scarlett, and Jackson. Warren’s stories, presence and love will be missed by so many.
